ARC LINKAGE PROJECTS: (ROUND 2) FUNDING COMMENCING JULY 2009

Monday 29 September 2008	Closing Date for Eligibility Exemptions for applications supported by James Walsh. If you are working with the Research Strategy Office on your application you MUST have your eligibility exemption submitted on this day.
Friday 5 October 2008	Closing date for provision of Eligibility Exemptions to the Grants Management Office for submission to the ARC by Friday 10 October.
Monday 27 October 2008	Closing date to register for strategic support/advice. If you have registered with James Walsh prior to this date please submit your final application to him on the date advised to you by him. If you have commenced your application in the ARC Application System by this date but not registered with James Walsh you will be asked whether you wish to receive strategic support at this time. If you do not wish to receive strategic support please submit your application direct to the GMO by the due dates that follow.
Friday 7 November 2008	UNSW Grants Management Office deadline for receipt of applications for compliance checking. This date must be observed if you are not receiving the assistance of James Walsh. Please email your application to arcapplications.gmo@unsw.edu.au
Tuesday 18 November 2008	Final submission date for hard copy applications to the Grants Management Office. Note that three hard copy applications, page numbered, must be provided. Hard copy applications must be identical to the application on GAMS DO NOT edit your GAMS application after printing and collating. Please complete this checklist when preparing your final submission. Applications will not be accepted by GMO after this deadline. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE RECEIVING THE SUPPORT OF JAMES WALSH YOU WILL HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO SUBMIT ON A DIFFERENT DATE TO THIS. DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION TO JAMES ON THIS DATE.
