Ethics Online Training

The animal ethics online modification form has recently been restructured in Ethics Online. New features have also been incorporated into the standard application form. In view of the above, the Grants Management Office will be organising Ethics Online training sessions in November on the following:

 TIME and DATE
How to create and submit new animal ethics applications Online - new features regarding standard applications
  • 10am -12noon, 9th November, 2009 (Monday)
  • 2pm - 4pm, 10th November, 2009 (Tuesday)
How to create and submit modifications for approved animal ethics projects with the revised modification structure and form
  • 2pm - 4pm, 9th November, 2009 (Monday)

VENUE: IT training room 1215, Stage 2, Library Building, Kensington Campus

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All academics and research students who would like to learn about the animal ethics online system and how to use it. During the session, participants will be able to gain hands-on experience with the online system under the guidance and instruction of a trainer. Handouts will be provided.

HOW TO ENROL?

Enrolments will be accepted up to 72 hours before the session. All enrolled participants will receive confirmation via email of the date and time of their session. Please note that as the maximum capacity of the training room is 14, enrolments will be on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
