CONTACT YOUR HREA PANEL Panel meetings are held on the first Monday of each month. Applications must be submitted on the Friday before the first Monday of the month. Urgent requests for consideration of an ethics application can be processed via email and extra meetings of the Panel can be scheduled if necessary. Please submit the original signed hard copy of the application + one electronic copy (sent to the Panel Convenor)
The panel meets by email in response to the receipt of applications. The panel meets every Thursday (except public holidays) during session, and as required out of session. Submit applications through the Student Centre, 3rd floor Red Centre, by 5 pm each Monday. The Panel meets on the second Monday of each month. (In rare instances, if there is an academic calendar conflict, the meeting may be postponed one week.) The applications should be submitted in printed form two weeks (10 working days) prior to the meeting, to allow for the distribution and assessment of the applications. The applications should be sent to Joanne Curro (Assistant to the Head of School, CSE, Bldg K17, Rm 103) by the last Monday of the month preceding the Panel meeting. Please submit the original application + 3 copies. Applications should not be sent electronically.
Applicants are required to submit to the School of Optometry and Vision Science office by 5 pm on the submission deadline, 1 signed, hard coy original of the application and supporting documents and 1 electronic version of the application to Bonnie Lu Upon receipt of both the hard copy and email, your application will be considered. The submission deadline is 5 pm every Wednesday from 10 January until 12 December 2007. Applications will ordinarily be reviewed by close of business the Wednesday following submission. Under ordinary circumstances, applicatiions will be processed within 12 working days of submission to the School of Psychology's General Office, Level 10, Mathews Building.
