Reporting on Activity and Outcomes - NHMRC

All NHMRC grants require the submission of an annual progress report or midterm report and a final report.

1. Research Funding Schemes such as Project, Program, AWAP, and Health research grants will require annual progress reports and a final report.

2. Researcher Support Schemes such as Research Fellowships, Practitioner Fellowships, CDAs, and Training Fellowships will require a midterm report and a final report.

Progress, Midterm and Final Report templates and instructions are available on the NHMRC Website.

ALL reports are to be submitted via UNSW Grants Management Office. Please forward an original signed copy, as well as an electronic copy, to mygrants.gmo@unsw.edu.au.

Continuing Grants - Progress Report Required

Annual Progress Reports must be submitted by 31 March following each calendar year in which there were payments or carry forward of funds for an NHMRC Project Grant, except in the final year when a Final Report must be submitted.

Terminating Grants - Final Report Required

A Final Report must be submitted within six months of the completion of the approved funding period for all awards.
