ARC Discovery Rejoinders

The Assessors Reports on Applications for the 2010 Discovery Project round are now open on GAMS and will close 18:00 AEST Monday 6 July. Rejoinder Process Instructions are on the ARC website: http://www.arc.gov.au/applicants/assessor_rejoinders.htm

The key dates are:

23 June Assessors' Reports available on GAMs

2 July UNSW internal closing date for Rejoinders and 'Local Submit' on GAMS

6 July Completion of the compliance checking of Rejoinders and submission by UNSW to the ARC.

UNSW Rejoinder Submission Process

The ARC requires the Rejoinder to be submitted by UNSW through the Grants Management Office (GMO) by 18:00 (AEST) Monday 6 July. It would be appreciated if you could complete your Rejoinder and locally submit it on GAMS by no later than Thursday 2 July 12:00 (AEST).

GMO staff will:

monitor the 'Local Submit' of Rejoinders on GAMS:

briefly check your final Rejoinder for compliance and 'Office Submit' it on GAMS.

Should there be any eligibility issues raised in the Assessor's Report please immediately contact Lee Williamson

Email Lee Williamson your draft Rejoinder and include the DP number in the subject heading, by no later than 12 noon Tuesday 2 July. She will then coordinate your support from the RSO staff and advise details by return email.
